This beautiful property is in High End community located in Fountain Hills. The Vision for this Fountain Hills Project was largely inspired by the client. From the beginning, He Expressed that he wanted to break away from standard rectangular or square shapes. His Uncle, who is an Architect, also contributed by creating various unique shapes and patterns that we used as inspiration through out the process.

Scope
Take preliminary plot plans of house and property as reference for design constraints based on Fountain Hills City Code.
Designer’s has to meet HOA Requirements.
Utilizing AutoCAD to put the Designer's Design into this program.
Prep the work to build the design in 3D.
Build the House Based on the Construction Document sets and Building the Landscape.
Creating Scene's for the Designer to use to show the Client's the useable area of their landscape and the Key Features.

Concept and Vision
Design Philosophy:
Largely inspired by the client.
Key Features: Diamond Shape Pool/Spa with zero edge pool and raised platform for Fire Feature.
Inspirations: Surrounding Fountain Hill Landscape.
Phase 1: Site Analysis
The Designer went on job site to scope out what the topography is like and take Photos for of Site for Drafters to reference and use to build 3D topography.
Phase 2: Design and Planning
Used Construction Documents to build house in 2D and 3D according to Specs.
Put the Designers drawings into 2D software.
Phase 3: Sustainable Materials and Technologies
Reduce water consumption through planting various drought tolerant vegetation and Turf.
The Fountain Hills Project was a work of art with the unique pool design with a zero edge pool. Their innovative designs and attention to detail transformed our vision for the project was beyond our expectations.
