This project is located in a great retirement community located in Surprise, AZ. With a beautiful view looking out to the golf course. Creating depth, height, layers with texture and use of modern materials with the minimal space that was given in the backyard. For front yard it was allowing the depth to be captured but also balanced with various elements that were minimal but added to the experience.

Concept and Vision

  • Design Philosophy: Designer's conversation with the client inspired the design. The approach with the clients is to learn their needs and what they like and prioritize. I start with asking questions that later we can go into depth and gather information. Vision was to create depth, height, layers with texture and use of modern materials with the minimal space that was given in the backyard.

  • Used Construction Documents to build house in 2D and 3D according to Specs.

  • Put the Designers drawings into 2D software.

  • Columns that matched architecture
