Sedona Project
This project location is in Sedona, Arizona. With a beautiful view that looks out into the Sedona Mountain Range. The Design Approach was to bring elements of the Sedona Natural Landscape into the design. While also incorporating some non desert vegetation not found into that region.

Objective
The Objective of the Designer, was to create a space that felt like it was a continuation of the surrounding landscape. One of the key features of this project was the shade wall structure over part of the pool/spa , with a rain shower curtain over the spa.
Scope
Take preliminary plot plans of house and property as reference for design constraints based on Fountain Hills City Code.
Designer’s has to meet HOA Requirements.
Utilizing AutoCAD to put the Designer's Design into this program.
Prep the work to build the design in 3D.
Build the House Based on the Construction Document sets and Building the Landscape.
Creating Scene's for the Designer to use to show the Client's the useable area of their landscape and the Key Features.

Design Philosophy: The Objective of the Designer, was to create a space that felt like it was a continuation of the surrounding landscape.

Execution
Phase 1: Site Analysis
The Designer went on job site to scope out what the topography is like and take Photos for of Site for Drafters to reference and use to build 3D topography.
Phase 2: Design and Planning
Used Construction Documents to build house in 2D and 3D according to Specs.
Put the Designers drawings into 2D software.
Phase 3: Sustainable Solutions and Technology
Reduce water consumption through planting various drought tolerant vegetation and Turf
The Sedona Project embodies the future of design. The balance between sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality is remarkable.
