Project Overview
A progressive regenerative design build firm committed to delivering modern, regenerative residential spaces that promote urban greenery and community living.
Objective
To design a multi-unit/ mixed-use residential complex that integrates regenerative-conscious design, urban luxury, and community-focused spaces while adhering to a mid-to-high budget. The concept behind the design was to allow the natural environment to invade the concrete jungle. Allowing people to experience nature without having to go very far. Mixed Use Spaces:
Community Center - Public Gym, Pool, Basketball Court, Indoor Track, and Park.
Educational - A portion of the building is dedicated to public education, and spaces that allow the children to thrive.
Commercial - On the First Floor there are spaces for stores and restaurants the allow the people to be able to shop and eat within a short distance.
Private Residential - Above the mix use space is the private living area. Which also has smaller parks that is closed off for the Private Residence. There are Private gardens off the balcony which allows the residence to have roof top gardens. The floor plans varied from Micro Studios - 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathrooms Units.
Scope
Develop a master plan for the residential complex.
Design individual units, communal rooftop spaces, and rooftop gardens.
Prioritize regenerative design through innovative energy and water-saving technologies which help with self-sufficiency.
Designing the structure around and existing building.

Analyzed local environmental conditions to design for natural airflow and minimize energy usage.
Phase 2: Design and Planning
Created modular and customizable apartment layouts to suit varied resident preferences.
Designed green balconies and terraces to encourage biodiversity and improve air quality.
Integrated community spaces like rooftop gardens, lounges, and shared workspaces.
Phase 3: Sustainable Materials and Technologies
Used locally sourced materials such as recycled glass and low-carbon cement.
Installed rooftop solar panels, advanced water recycling systems, and low-energy HVAC systems.
The thoughtfulness of the design was elegantly pieced together by the owner. Every element, from the expansive rooftop gardens to the natural lighting that fills each unit, reflects a commitment to sustainability and hospitality.
